About this property

Centrally located family home

  • Plovers Rest is a rustic and inviting 3 bedroom holiday home only a short short stroll from all the cafes and boutique shops that Port Fairy has to offer. Polished wooden floor boards flow throughout the home adding it its appeal, with carpet in the bedrooms for your comfort.

    The first two bedrooms come with Queens and the third with 2 singles. The laundry with washing machine is off the hallway and of this is the main bathroom comes with shower and toilet

    The house is situated on a large block with enclosed yard & hosts many fruit bearing trees to provide you shade in the summer or a quick snack on the go! In the evening fire up the large BBQ to cook on whilst the kids play amongst the trees. Then sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet after a busy day exploring Port Fairy.

    Ideally suited to a young family this property offers a great location and facilities without breaking the bank.
