Overpriced and overhyped. The staff is simply too inconsistent. Some are quite good at their jobs, responsive and cordial. Many were simply unfit for a service position at a supposedly five star establishment.

Best Hotel in Port Harcourt

You can’t really complain about this hotel. I have stayed here few times.. Small hotel and managed very well. Reception staff is friendly and it is nice and clean hotel compare to most of the hotels in Nigeria. I will definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Port Harcourt.

Nice hotel

The hotel is quite modern with very polite, helpful staff. the room i stayed in was quite spacious, clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. what i always appreciate in a hotel is an ironing board and iron available ( I hate wearing creased clothes). the internet connectivity was good allowing me work and play my videos. I would recommend it

Jacuzzi?

Stayed one night on business. Says in all the literature that this is the most luxurious hotel in Nigeria with a Jacuzzi in every room...well I didn't find a Jacuzzi just a bath. As for it being the most luxurious hotel..? I haven't stayed in them all, this certainly was one of the best I've stayed in while in Port Harcourt. At $250 a night.

The only one in the city

Very well secured, good size rooms, clean, good bedding, normal quality internet, decent restaurant with good breakfast. Chief did look to satisfy demands of long staying customers. Prices on higher side, as usual in Port Harcourt. Staff attentive, gentle.

Generally good

Generally, the hotel is good and the staff were friendly. I didn't utilise facilities such as the gym and swimming pool, however the air conditioning worked well, and staff were always willing to help, they took our bags to our bedroom. The hotel is highly rated and I met with some of the Super Eagle's team as well as Samson. There's also plenty of security. On the other side, there's not enough parking space and the lifts are not up to par for such hotel. If you don't go in as it's opening, there's ever tendency you'll get a hit from it. I hope they sort out soon. Generally, it's nice and my wife likes it, being her first time the country.

Courteous staff, surrounding environment is good, hotel services are generally excellent. Room though clean had a peculiar irritating odour like an anbiotics medication. I also expected a better parking provision for a hotel of it's class.

A NICE PLACE TO STAY IN RIVER STATE

Fantastic service

I had a pleasant and memorable stay. Vindi at the reception was an exceptional member of staff, accommodated all my needs. On top of this, I left my iPad in my room and I thought it was gone forever. Thanks to the staff, I received my iPad today!

the hotel room is clean, everything in good condition, comfortable with space and at good price, buffet at reasonable price,good facilities especially of free internet and services at business center provided to their guests. The way driving to the hotel - not much close to the Expressway, but it is okay.
