"The room it was very clean and enough space the only one problem in the room was the toilet bowl that it wasn’t flushing well, about the staff the front desk woman that we meet for the check in and check out she wasn’t kind with us very poor service no eye contact with customer not smiling we where like invisible to her she just gave us the keys and without welcoming us very poor reception. But the overnight service it was good I mean, with others staff that replaced her when she left. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at this place. The room is clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The atmosphere is welcoming, which made it easy to relax after a long drive. The staff was kind and accommodating, and I truly appreciated their understanding and flexibility. Small gestures like that make a big difference and really show that they care about their guests. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you for the hospitality."

"Rose keeps a lovely property and is incredibly welcoming :-) She prepared us a fantastic breakfast in the morning. We spent the night in her gorgeous Suite Room on the second floor, which was quiet, beautifully appointed, and spotlessly clean. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Port Hope. Highly recommended. "
