"Clean rooms and great experience "

"Our first night here we had absolutely no water pressure, and no hot water. I brought my kids with me and we couldn’t bathe them, we couldn’t wash bottles, and we couldn’t shower. They finally fixed it the next day in the late afternoon. The rooms were clean but the towels and bed sheets smelled very weird. The towels were stained and there was hair (not from us) on the face towels when we first arrived, which made me grossed out a little. The room was big and spacious though, one of the tvs didn’t work. We made the best of it but I think if they just took care of the rooms better and care more about pleasing the guests, this would be such a great place to stay at. We DID complain to the front desk about the water situation, and when we finally got to speak to the manager, she told us straight up that she would personally check out and go somewhere else. "

"Didn’t get the room serviced until the last day, trash was overflowing by then. Rarely saw any staff members anywhere. The room had a very pretty view but you can hear everything going on outside resulting in terrible sleep. "
