Family fun at This Beautiful Lakefront Adirondack Camp

"Our family of 6 and doggo had the best time at the King's camp. The home is beautifully designed with touches of the family history throughout. We loved the single floor set up and spent most of our time in the screened porch area or on the dock. The abundance of water toys was phenomenal and we all partook in them. Our host Jonathan was great and even offered a boating opportunity with tubing. Our kids loved that classic summer experience. Not a con at all but two helpful tips for future stays: bring all needed toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner), and the master bedroom's matress is very firm with squeaky frame. Again not a con, just two things we noted. We definitely will be back for another stay. Thank you again for an amazing stay."

"We stayed at this cabin on a mini vaca we take with friends every August. This was our first time to the area, and located close to Ausable Chasm, Whiteface Mountain, High Valley Gorge and Lake Champlain. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the cabin not only looked exactly like the pictures, it felt even better. It was clean and smelled inviting. There were plenty of great smelling towels, comfortable bedding, and lots of other amenities such as coffee pods for the Keurig, a cabinet filled with spices, all kinds of plates, cups and even wine glasses, and all the utensils you need to make delicious dinners, which we did every night with the help of the grills outside and comfortable covered outdoor space to eat. There was also a fire pit, all the firewood you could need, and a half basketball court that the kids loved - and the adults :) I really appreciated the attention to detail, the comfortable easy to use ac/heating unit, and the ease with which we were able to get help with something when we needed it. I also appreciate how quickly any questions I had prior to coming were answered. I highly recommend this cabin for a safe and comfortable stay!"

"Our family of 4, 2 50-somethings and 2 20-somethings, really enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely, with a beautiful, multi-level common area and a long view over the water. The bedrooms are nicely separated for a sense of personal space, the kitchen is very functional, the deck serene, and the pebbly beach and dock below great as well. The house was impeccably clean.The host was very responsive and helpful.There were trains, as some reviewers have noted, and they are very close to the house. None of them came too late in the day but there were typically 2-3 per day and the first one was sometime between 6:30 and 8:00 AM. It wasnt too disruptive for my family but we are a mix of early risers and people who have no trouble getting back to sleep.Unfortunately the hot tub wasnt working during our stay, because I think it would have been great on a cool night. There is tons of boating, kayaking and hiking in the area but limited groceries within 30 min and not much in the way of a poking around town unless you go all the way to Lake Placid or Burlington.All-in-all, a great stay and we really enjoyed the house.Its a great"
