Rising Tide Beach House offers guests waterfront accommodation in beautiful Dutton Bay West. This 3 bedroom property has a modern kitchen with new appliances (including dishwasher), elevated deck areas, an all weather entertaining area and undercover parking with space for the tinny and car. Included in the Beach House is the use of two kayaks which are perfect for exploring the bay and to access the swimming pontoon moored a short distance away. The property is securely fenced making it perfect for friendly outside dogs.

Stunning location

Check in process was easy with clear instructions.Was very nice to arrive to the fire going and a warm house . The location is amazing and the yard was perfectly secure for the dog.It's the 2nd time I've stayed here now and will definitely stay again on my next visit to coffin bay

Rising Tide Mt Dutton Bay

Amazing property in such a beautiful location! If you enjoy the raw southern Australian coastline and everything it has to offer, this is a great place to base yourself and explore.

Beautiful

Very clean, cozy and welcoming, a great place for some R&R. Nothing overlooked, kyaks, bbq, outdoor fire pit, fully self contained property. I will be back.

Great place to stay.

The Rising Tide provided us a cozy and well equipped home away from home with a view of the bay to continuously remind us we were on holiday. We could prepare our meals from the kitchen and watch the kids kayaking on the water. All the furnishings were comfortable and clean. It was lovely to have bedding and towels provided. Appliances all worked well and there was endless hot water for getting everyone showered after a day at the beach. We discovered some nice walks and good food at the Woodshed Cafe. Each morning we could choose to spend the day fishing locally and relaxing around the house or making a day trip to explore the many beautiful beaches 10 - 40 minutes away. We enjoyed Cole's Point, Golden Island and Farm Beach. The Pig Farm and Rock Pools were also great destinations. We filled 8 nights here with time to both adventure and rest. All in all we were really happy that we had made the trip from Adelaide. We agreed that we would be back again one day.

Well equipped and clean

Unit was well equipped, clean and made us feel at home. Could relax, enjoying the on the bay views while working remotely with good mobile bandwidth available from Telstra & Optus. On the cold days, it was nice to lit the fireplace, making it warm and cozy.

Thank you so much Craig and Sonia for providing such a beautifully well presented holiday house. It’s in a perfect location, had everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The boys loved the kayaks provided for use. We’ll certainly be back at some stage

Stunning and peaceful

Location is absolutely stunning! The photos do not do justice. Quiet & peaceful. Place is well equipped with everything you need. Lots to do with the kids or do nothing at all & relax on the deck. So glad we could take our dog as well. We had a fabulous time & will be back.

Beautiful place

The location is absolutely stunning and the house was amazing. The yard was fully fenced so even our small dogs couldn't escape. We loved it and will definitely be going back!

Relaxed and recharged

We had the most beautiful holiday at Mount Dutton Bay. The house was clean, well equipped and superbly located. We spent 2 glorious weeks at this house.....did a few little local trips but mostly pottered about the bay enjoying what was on our doorstep. We experienced all sorts of weather, with the house providing great comfort and enough activities to entertain a young family through all the seasons! Thank you for having us!

A Gem

Mount Dutton Bay is a wonderful, peaceful alterative to Coffin Bay. Only takes 10 minutes to get to the oyster tours ( a must do), restaurants and shops of Coffin Bay via the airport road. The house is brilliant and well presented. Spotlessly clean and nice touches like the fires made for you ready to light. Good secure yard for the dog and the sheltered back patio for his bed was great. Fantastic views.

Craig was a pleasure to deal with and the house is really well appointed with the usual appliances but also the extras that make it a homely and welcoming place to stay. Get the kids there for a great relaxing stay.

Such a lovely relaxing spot! Perfect for an outdoor fire overlooking the water.

Extremely clean, modern kitchen and bathroom. Mt Dutton Bay is a perfect, lovely hidden lil gem. Great provided board games, kayaks, BBQ. The hosts are very thoughtful! Nice to arrive with the fires all ready to light! Perfect stay thank you

Rising Tide heaven

Awesome property with exceptional views, spotless and incredibly selfcontained. Kangaroos in the morning and glorious sunsets at night. Every thing is absolutely beautiful. Would not hesitate to return to this little piece of heaven on earth and recommend the hosts for their support and standards.

Beautiful family Beach House

Very cozy and family-friendly house. The kayaks and paddle boat was the fave of the kids. My daily walk with my dog was amazing. Waking up in a very serene water view was indeed a bonus. Thank you. We all had fun.
