The main bedroom features a queen size bed while the second bedroom offers a single bed and a trundle bed. The spacious lounge room includes a smart TV and ample seating space where you can relax and unwind watching your favourite shows or movies.

The Villa includes a modern bathroom with a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials to prepare your favourite meals. Very convenient to the private hospital

The property was very well set up and comfortable. Parking was great with a lock up garage and room to park another car off the street. My daughter was doing a nursing placement at the private hospital, and the location made for a very quick commute without much traffic. There was a fantastic range of cooking utensils in the kitchen. Other than a Chinese restaurant, a very small supermarket and pharmacy there wasn't much in walking distance but was a central location to the beaches, city centre and the shops on Lake Road.
