Stroll to beach and Watonga Street cafes, restaurants and gourmet shops. Seven minutes drive to downtown Port Macquarie.
BEDDING Total 6-7 beds: 1x Super King in master bedroom upstairs 1x Queen in second bedroom upstairs 2x Single beds in third bedroom upstairs 2x King singles in downstairs room (one is a trundle) 1 x Futon (for children) in downstairs room
LAYOUT Upstairs has entry way that leads to open plan lounge, large modern kitchen with gas oven and dining. Out the back an outdoor entertainment deck with large dining table and comfy outdoor setting overlooking the fully fenced back yard. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms down the hallway and one bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Downstairs is a large room with queen bed and king single, with an theatre style smart TV. Adjacent is a traditional style second bathroom. Laundry with washing machine and dryer in converted garage space.
COOLING / HEATING The house has ducted aircon in bedrooms plus an extra aircon in the family room.

From the moment we walked through the front door, this property was perfect! Beautifully presented, large living spaces & well appointed bedrooms, the house was exactly as described. We had 10 adults in our group and at no time did we feel cramped. Beds were super comfy & plenty of blankets provided for the cool nights. Bathrooms & kitchen also very well appointed. We loved the outdoor space & fire pit. Great location close to town & amenities. Highly recommend this property & would return in a heartbeat! Thank you to the Deja Bleu team!
