  • This wonderful waterfront holiday house features four bedrooms, main bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk in robe, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, third bedroom has 2 single beds & 4th bedroom has 1 double bed, bathroom with separate toilet & 2nd bathroom with shower & toilet.

    Modern contemporary kitchen with quality appliances, dishwasher, microwave, spacious dining room & a comfortable lounge room overlooking the sun room onto the canals, ducted air conditioning throughout, large outdoor entertaining area overlooking the canals perfect for that morning coffee or afternoon BBQ. Laundry with washing machine & dryer. Triple lock up garage/breezeway ideal for launching the boat down into the canal to your own private jetty. (Please note the owner also has a boat tied to the jetty). There is 2 bicycles & 2 kayak's for guest use. FREE WIFI. LINEN INCLUDED.
