About the House

Enjoy a relaxed coastal stay just moments from the beach and local cafes. This stylishly decorated home features a renovated kitchen, open-plan living and dining, and large smart TVs for easy downtime. Drift off to the sound of the waves and unwind after days spent exploring Port Macquarie's beaches, coastal walks, and vibrant cafe scene. Only 200 metres from Shelly Beach, as well as the renowned Port Macquarie Coastal Walk, and 800 metres to restaurants and cafes.

The Space

This three-bedroom townhouse has an open-plan living/dining/kitchen downstairs, which is perfect for entertaining, as well as relaxing with loved ones. Upstairs, there are three generously sized bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, smart TV, large walk-in wardrobe, and spacious ensuite. The other two bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and ample natural lighting. Also upstairs is a study, main bathroom with shower and bathtub, along with a separate toilet.

Two private outside entertaining areas with seating and a Weber BBQ, to soak in the sea breeze, and listen to the waves crash from the beach only metres away.

The townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a coffee maker with complimentary coffee capsules, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils.

The laundry has a washing machine, and a dryer can be located in the garage. There is also a newly renovated toilet which can be found in this area.

For those who drive an electric vehicle, we have a Type 2, 7 KW charger located in the garage. This can be used by any type of EV car that uses a Type 2 charger. Complimentary charging between 12 am-6 am. This will give you approximately 40 KW over night, at no additional charge.
