Set proudly, on the sweeping curvature of North Harbour's pristine canal shoreline, this stunning contemporary waterfront home embraces the full panorama of its surrounding aquatic paradise with fine lawns easing to the waters' edge.

This property is sure to impress with beautiful blackbutt timber floors, three generous sized bedrooms, master bedroom with king sized bed, walk-in robe, wall mounted TV, ensuite with modern rain shower head, 2nd bedroom with queen sized bed and wall mounted TV and third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and modern bathroom upstairs.

Downstairs enjoy the expansive open light-filled living spaces, state of the art Caesarstone kitchen, laundry with washer and dryer and handy powder room and double lock up garage. This property also offers free Wi-Fi.

Saltwater plunge pool, set against harbour backdrop. All this and only 1.5km to Settlement City and Panthers Club and 2.8km to Town Centre. (Please note there is no jetty for this property)
