This spacious contemporary ground floor three-bedroom villa is tiled throughout and has all the modern inclusions for that luxurious getaway. Air conditioned for year-round comfort. The main bedroom has a queen bed and wall mounted TV with ensuite, two single beds in the second bedroom and a queen in the third bedroom. There is also a double garage allocated for guests' convenience.

Added to this modern villa is the peaceful prestigious canal outlook, within 500 metres to Settlement City Shopping Centre and Port Macquarie Panthers. Shared Jetty (east & west sides only).
