The Cozy Cottage is a cute little home in a great location. This home is close to the South side boat ramp and public pier. Offering a full kitchen equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. A comfortable living area with satellite TV. There are two separate sleeping areas, and one full bathroom. Each sleeping space has a Full Size bed. Outside is a great place to BBQ and enjoy the wildlife.

the smell of the water

Couldn’t even shower the 2 days i was in port mansfield because the strong smell of sulfur / rotten eggs

Beware

This house was horrible! In dire need of remodel, and not by the owner! Who obviously fancies themselves as DIY’ers but have no business with a hammer! It smelled like mold, the water smells like rotten eggs! The electrical is nothing short of hazardous! General appearance I would categorize this as a “trap house”
