"This hotel stay was fabulous. The staff were super friendly and joyful in their approach. This was a contrast to other hotels ive been to. The hotel itself was top. Definitely a step up to the Rui in Ochi, but not ar Sandals level. We ate at the 4 a la cartes and they were all great. Our fave was the Asian. Great shows and bars. There is too much good stuff I can say. A special shout out to Faith on check-in, she was an absolute star and role model."

Also had a chance to meet the owner who was on site and he was a joy to talk to. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for an alternative to the big watered down gaudy all inclusives. "
