"The resort was fine. Some areas needed updating but overall the resort is in good condition and our stay was a good one. The main problem with our stay was the with about half (or more than half) of the staff members. Generally, they were just unfriendly and unwelcoming. If you asked for something, they would oblige, but it felt like you were bothering them or they were disgusted with serving you. Example is someone would give you a drink you ordered and you smile and say thank you and they just walk away...no smile, no you are welcome. Just dismissive. Also, getting a drink sometimes there would be 4 people behind the bar, with none of them serving anyone or anything and they would just let you stand there. They would make eye contact and ignore you and make you wait for 60-90 seconds. Just weird, like i was an inconvenience they were hoping would just walk away. Very strange and unwelcoming. Other servers/bartenders were great. But the positive experiences were only about 30% of the time. Beach was nice, but not great removal of seaweed from the beach. Advertised using red flag in the sand to summon a server to bring drinks to you on the beach but service was so slow that I would just go get my own. Pool was okay. Pool bar was same hit or miss service regarding friendliness/service. I will say Anthony at the pool bar was Great! Room was cleaned every day very nicely. Exercise room was clean, but 1 of 3 treadmills were broken. Good stay, not great. "

"If I could give this “whatever this is” a negative-star rating I’d obliged. 1. Terrible Customer Service. Front desk clerk lacks professionalism and courtesy, they forget people are paying for a service and experience not your baggage from home. 2. You pay a hefty some for a wedding at the venue and they can’t accommodate a late check out, I had to get an Airbnb nearby for my wife to get ready for our wedding. 3. We decided to get their Breakfast, they up-charge fried dumpling when you want a get it in place of toast with a omelette absolutely ridiculous. 4. Cleaners come knocking on your door if you go a min over your checkout time. Absolutely mind-boggling. 5. Place is old and run down. Don’t waste your money, you can get some views with better quality and customer service don’t waste you or your family’s time. "

"Everything was great. The staff were amazing, and they make you feel very welcome. The beach is beautiful and private. They have so many things you can do on the property and will help organize any adventure outside the property as well. The owner was there and made sure to introduce himself to us when we arrived. I understand why many guests we met there have been coming for so long. We will definitely return. "

"Yes easy and organized, everyone waiting for the tip and not a dollar, 5 or 10 bill .otherwise they will make a rude face."
