I am unable to walk much anymore but my family enjoyed walks in both directions from the house. On Saturday night we had a great meal at the Warooka Hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay over the long weekend. The accommodation was well equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. We enjoyed the great movie selection and the ability to access our own streaming services, although we didn't spend much time on the lounge - we were out and about with much to see and do, including the Stansbury markets, Edithburgh museum, checking out water tower/tank murals and the brewery and the Red Devil in Minlaton. This place is so close to so many tourist sites!We brought our own firewood and made use of the chiminea. The beach is only a short stroll away, making the location perfect for a relaxing getaway.The uninterrupted views from the bedrooms and living area were beautiful, and the wide variety of birdlife kept us entertained throughout our stay.The host was extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay at Classic Beach Shack. The location is amazing and watching the sunset over the water on a beautiful evening was incredible. The house is definitely of the “classic” family beach shack style but was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It reminded me of our own family beach shack in which I spent many fun-filled days as a child. Be sure to bring your own basic amenities such as soap and extra toilet paper."
