"I loved the location and how big the room was. We had booked a suit with see view, however see view was minimal. The room wasn’t very clean, we found leftover fruit in the fridge from previous guest and kettle was full of scale, it was so dirty that we actually had to go out and buy white vinegar in order to clean it as we were boiling water for our baby. "Perfect location and staff . I thought I had a problem with the air conditioning (in reality, I hadn't realized that Greece uses a smart system that prevents the AC from running if the windows are open); I called, and they answered immediately in English and resolved the issue. I used the kitchen to prepare a few meals and make a latte in the morning, which I enjoyed on the patio overlooking the pomegranate tree. There is very convenient, shaded on-site parking. Supermarkets, bakeries, and one of Sivota's best restaurants are just 200–300 meters away. The beaches are within walking distance along a mostly flat route. In short: excellent value for money, and I would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. P.S. I believe a renovation is planned—specifically for the bathrooms, which were the only part that wasn't perfect (though still more than adequate). Traveling as a couple by motorcycle. Frazie e arrivederci"

"It is a beautiful setting. The hotel is relatively small but the villas are nicely placed and the pool and bar areas are very nice. The sea is very pleasant with a fine rocky almost sandy beach easily accessible. Sun loungers on the beach are not available but there are enough sun loungers in the surrounding spaces with a sea view so that is OK. There were no water sports eg kayaking available although the hotel next door has a couple of paddleboards you can hire. The sea swimming area is pretty and warm, fine for most but if you like a bigger sea swim you do end up in boat lane traffic after 50 to 100 metres. Very relaxing. Great breakfast and food if a little pricey. Local village is very sweet and renting a boat there is easy. No massage or spa. No real activities to speak of. Very hilly site. But if you just want somewhere clean relaxing with a nice pool, a good view and easy access to the sea, it hits the spot."
