"Apartment (A 204): - Score 5/10 Was not like the one shown when booking, was very dated inside. 3 issues faced within the first 12hrs: * Blocked toilet * Tv was not working * Dishwasher not draining/ full of water x2 All the above were resolved promptly. The dishwasher issue happened twice on the same day and so a replacement was fitted. When the dishwasher was unblocked we asked for the floor to be cleaned, it was wiped with a dirty cloth so we ended up cleaning it ourselves. Things to be aware of: No safe, annoying coat hangers, not enough storage for international travellers or staying more than a long weekend, you need to log into WiFi every 12hrs. Half the wall sockets were sporadic and not working, not one usb or usb-c present and no handles on any kitchen units. Staff: - Score 8/10 Very polite, welcoming and friendly. Always considerate of your needs and professional. Main Pool/Hot Tub: - Score - 4/10 Not heated at all, not cleaned much and no shade for loungers. The hot tub never worked which is a shame. Pool Bar: Score - 0/10 Was closed every day of our 10 day trip? Lake access: - Score 4/10 Was not open much and was closed when we went, yet reception said it was open. All equipment locked away. Pizza world - Score 8/10 Staff and service was very good and the subs made fresh to order. ***** Overall - 6/10 ***** Whoever is accountable for the properties needs to put money into updating them as they are very outdated, also the food trucks were never open."

Splash Mountain Mansion: The Dream Family Getaway!

"We had a great time overall. The home is very large, the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean, and the resort amenities were nice. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rest of the property did not meet our expectations.Several areas appeared to be missed between guests, including some beds, the outdoor porch, pool and hot tub areas, and the grounds between the houses. We found hair in beds, vape items, cigarette packs, chew, clothing, used Band-Aids, cans, water bottles, and other belongings left behind by previous guests. The resort pool area also had trash, toys, and clothing that remained throughout our stay. Which I am sure was a result of arriving after Labor Day. It seems the cleaning staff may simply be stretched too thin for a property of this size. These issues plus a list of maintenance items were communicated to the property manager, and we were offered a cleaning crew the next day but declined as we had already taken care of most the immediate issues. We enjoyed our stay, but the lack of consistent cleaning in the house and shared outdoor areas would make us hesitant to book again, which I had planned to do around the Holidays. I was surprised at the overwhelmingly positive cleanliness reviews until I realized that negative reviews were negated by a partial cleaning fee refund (6% of our total stay) that was offered prior to review posts. Obviously I declined."

"It’s an excellent facility w four bedrooms on each of three levels. We especially enjoyed the large first floor deck over looking the lake. It was a popular place for many family chats. Rocking chairs provided for abt 20. Host checked in frequently. Clean and well maintained. Host responded promptly to a few minor issues. Highly recommended. We might be back next year."

"We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, with so much to do between all the games, pools, and lake without leaving the propoerty. We had a group of 20, including three little ones, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy meals together. The house had everything we needed and made it so easy for everyone to spend quality time together. We made so many wonderful family memories here and would definitely love to return! Highly recommend!"

"Lake side cabins. Remodeled, comfortable and well stocked. Clean pool with slide that the kids loved. Golf cart rentals were very convenient. 2 docks for fishing & swimming. Cabins are close together and parking was alittle tight but this did not effect our stay. We really enjoyed our 4 night trip and will definitely be back again! Communication is fast and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who wants lake side convenience at an affordable price."
