"The pool was closed. I booked the stay for the pool and the views from the infinity pool. The staff was nice, but I was not happy overall. I booked a 2-night stay with Expedia. I canceled the first night. I never got a refund."

"This property is well located very close to the Savannah And easily reachable. Wi-Fi is good, but the rooms are very small. Couple of times that were not towels at the pool. The room had ants all over it. Was it value for money? Probably not. Would I stay there again? No I would not the breakfast was sufficient and the staff were amazing"

"Hands down the worst hotel experience. They 'lost' one of the bookings for our party, so everyone had to pile into my room--including a child-- in the wee hours of the morning while I contacted Expedia, who mercifully was able to get them to actually recognize and respect our booking, which I had verified by phone and email before arrival. It smells like a scam around Carnival, though we were not there for carnival. Buyer beware as you may show up and they may have no record of your booking (wink wink) then try to charge you nearly a thousand US per night. Shameful. Then when called on it the hotel manager, after admitting a 'glitch' must have cancelled the reservation, denies via email that there was ever any evidence of an issue. Never in all my days... Buyer beware."

"Rooms need to be soundproofed, television inoperable, mouldy leaky shower, rank shower curtain, dirty water in the sink and toilet, lecherous alcoholic, ineffective staff, no appropriate storage space for clothes or toiletries."

"Do not recommend. When we arrived the man was rude took us to 2 rooms that had no sheets or pillows. The rooms had a funny smell. The 3rd room was better but not good had sheets fridge that didn’t work. No covers just a thin sheet. Only good thing was the driver with the gold teeth who ran me to the store. This place shouldn’t be listed on this site. It doesn’t meet anyone standards "

"Do not stay there! The place is a dump! I would not recommend this place! Ants are in the beds and every where! They did not clean the room at all for my 3 day stay! There were no towels! The staff was very rude and disrespectful! They never cleaned my room nor took out the garbage the whole time I stayed there! "
