"The dapper looking gentleman with the well groomed locks under a straw fedora who greets you at the door is named Otis. He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. It’s always a good experience at the Brix Thanks Otis! I will miss you Sudhaa!
