You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Cozy spot to relax and take in the Seattle skyline or hop a ferry to Seattle

Space is downstairs of our main house, with a separate entrance with outdoor covered porch and parking. Queen bedroom, with full bathroom. A coffee bar and fridge with basic amenties for short stay. Incredible panoramic view over the Puget Sound with Mt. Rainier, Blake Island, City of Seattle and Cascade Mountains all visible. Walk to the beach, library, store or pub. Bring kayaks for a 40 minute paddle to Blake Island State Park. We are also a ferry ride away to Seattle to spend the day.
The space
This is the downstairs of our house that was built in 2011. Separate entrance and cozy setup. In Manchester, WA and provides an incredible panoramic view of the Puget Sound. Nice lawn in front of your space and semi private patio for enjoying day or night views. Owners are usually around and more than happy to leave you alone or help you in anyway to enjoy the area or provide info. Perfect for kayaking to Blake or Bainbridge Island. Quiet tiny community is a 4 minute walk down the hill. We are 5 miles from downtown Port Orchard which has a walking path along the water. You can take a ferry to downtown Seattle for the day or Bremerton to visit the navy town.

The complete downstairs is available with separate entrance and parking for two vehicles.
Other things to note
We do not accept dogs. Because I am allergic. A Small, non-allergenic dog under 12 pounds if approved before hand, is possible with extra 15 dollars a day. Discounted for stays over 14 days.

Things to note-
We live upstairs so you may hear a creak or two when we walk around.
The hot water heater for the house is an on demand unit which is in a closet downstairs in your unit. When anyone uses hot water, you may hear a whining noise as it starts up. All guests we have had have said they never noticed it.
During summer, the sprinklers will go off in the morning every other day and are adjusted to not hit windows or the patio area. Be advised that wind and other factors may affect this. Make sure windows are closed...sprinkler total time is about 30 mins.
