"Liked the size of the suites. Comfortable bed. Good sized pool and hot tub. Good location if driving through to either side of Toronto. Several restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was not great but fine as an included part of the cost which was also reasonable."

"Stayed two nights. The first night we were next to an electrical room that was intermittently loud. We asked if another room was available and we were accommodated immediately. The hotel was very clean and you could see the staff cleaning and working. Breakfast was good, coffee was quite good and always available."

"This was our very first RV and cottage experience, and it was truly unforgettable! When we arrived in the evening, we were quite shocked to discover that there were no pillows, blankets, towels, or bedsheets provided. At first, we panicked a little, but thankfully, Walmart was still open and only a 15-minute drive away, so we managed to get everything we needed. Other than that initial surprise, everything was absolutely amazing! The place was luxurious, beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable. We loved the entire experience so much that we are already looking forward to booking again for 2027 and 2028! I am especially grateful that we had the opportunity to stay here during the autumn season. The fall colours were breathtaking, and our little girl absolutely loved everything about the experience. A special thank you to the RV team and staff, who were incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating. We truly appreciated being offered a late checkout and having our request for an additional night approved. Your hospitality made our stay even more special. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. We cannot wait to return! 🍂❤️"

"The hotel wasn’t fully staffed this stay since they are on strike. The pool and hot tub were closed and so were the restaurants. We booked the stay because we were going to a concert on the evening. The strike meant an hour or longer wait in our car to get in to the parking lot. Everything was safely controlled and staff did their best. We were also given a later check out to compensate for the later check in due to the picket line only letting 5 cars in every 5 minutes or so. Apparently the pool is open during the week as the hotel is not as busy and staff have a bit more time to maintain it. The rooms are very nice"
