"The cabin was perfect - great location, great beds, easy parking, wonderful contact with Mae, and you could see that a lot of time and thought had gone into picking all of the special decor, great appliances, and as I said - best beds! This is like a getaway heaven! Definitely one of the nicest cottages I've ever stayed in"

"Amazing retreat for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. Bonus of being situated on a small quiet lake; swim off the dock to a beautiful platform. Enjoy the kayak or canoe or simply play yard games on the spacious property. A very family friendly retreat. The waters are very quiet not a lot of noisy boat traffic. Host amazing and easy to communicate with. Cottage clean and lots f sleeping places. Cute market nearby and lots of hiking to be had. One tiny improvement would be memory foam or topper on the bed (too hard for me, but absolutely understand everyone has different preferences)."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the peaceful environment of the property. We paddled every day. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the two of us. The shower was great and we slept very well with the quiet surroundings. Mark was very helpful and always responded quickly to our questions."

"Fox Harb’r is a remarkable place to golf, relax, bike, spa, enjoy the ocean. The facilities are excellent, staff from around the world, food outstanding and wine selection wide and fantastic. We played golf and enjoyed the spa. So many other options as well. Highly “very” highly recommend. We will bring friends next summer."

"This was a great spot for us to visit while we were here for a baseball tournament and touring PEI and surrounding areas. We were very happy to have nearby Lobster to purchase at Chase Lobster and fried scallop special at the Riverside. (thanks for the outdoor lobster pot!), the Tidnish Bridge beach was fun to explore all the mussels and oysters. If we came back as a family of 4 upgrading the pullout couch to a murphy bed would be a bonus for a family of 4. Thanks again."

"Stunning location and a beautiful home. The beach was perfect for long walks at low tide and swimming at high tide. The house was tastefully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.Our biggest disappointment was the late 5:00 p.m. check-in. When you’re paying for a full day, arriving that late really cuts into your time. Most VRBOs we’ve stayed at over the years have had a 2:00 p.m. check-in. Christine was lovely to deal with and kindly accommodated us an hour early, allowing us to check in at 4:00 p.m., which we appreciated. Even so, by the time you unpack and make supper, the evening is nearly over, so it feels like you only get about a day and a half to enjoy the property.The only other downside was the beds. All of us agreed that upgrading to comfortable pillow-top mattresses would make this an easy 5/5 experience and it would have been nice to have the beach stairs available to use. Despite those three issues, we would absolutely come back for the location alone—it’s truly stunning. One last tip for future guests: bring plenty of bug spray!"
