  • Comfy family-friendly 4 BR/2 BA house right on the beach.Super spacious & very stylish Perfect for beach side holiday or business stay This place has everything needed- Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, laundry, 2 living rooms with 55 inch Smart TVs. Walk 2 blocks to DT Port Sanilac, harbor, Boat launch- directly on Lake Huron. 200 feet of beautiful white sandy beach. Bring your boat, water toys, fishing poles, bicycles etc. and enjoy all this home and location has to offer.

    Sit outside on charming outside patio and look for passing freighters. Cozy inside porch has a comfy sofa and easy chair-relax, read a book, or take a nap. Stroll on down to the 2 harbor break walls and check on the fishing!

    Guests have access to entire house including patio, backyard, deck, private beach, 2 car garage, and parking. No access to basement.

    Peaceful, friendly neighborhood in a fun resort town.

    2-car garage on site as well as 2 separate driveways.

    *Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $250 is required for this stay and is released after checkout if there is no damage. After booking, you`ll receive a link to complete online check-in, where you can pay the deposit or choose a non-refundable damage waiver of $39 in place of the deposit, which covers accidental damage during your stay

The view is amazing. Sit on the back deck and watch big ships. Go by or people launch their boats. Great place to host a family where people can sit on the deck and people wash while others go down to the beach and go swimming
