"We loved staying here -- it has lots of room for a family of four and my son didn't want to leave! Located in the town center of Nelson Bay, it is also only a few minutes' walk to Woolworths and the other shops. Our apartment was nice and clean and had a good ambience. Furniture had a little wear and tear, but it was acceptable. Rooms were of a good size and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very large and had everything we needed. We had a laundry and an ensuite which was very nice. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of downsides: the wifi was very slow and in fact failed one evening and the wifi network seemed to drop out of existence! Secondly, because it's a pool view apartment, we got a bit of noise from the activity in the pool - these are both minor complaints though as the pool is closed before it gets too late and we have our mobile phones for internet anyway. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we will stay here again next time we're in Nelson Bay. I can recommend it."

"We had a weekend for our sibling gathering at a destination to be enjoyed and rest as we all have a busy life. I arrived with an intention of a wonderful time together with laughter and sharing together. The facility was beautiful with looking out over the beach and ocean that I could not fault the view. Just loved it and would like to visit the place again. It was well supplied with kitchen utensils and nice and big to share with everyone.GMH."

"Easy check in process, friendly and informative staff. Beautiful place to stay. Kids loved staying in the glamping tents with plenty of visits to the Koalas.
