Charming apartment completely renovated

You will find all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. You can enjoy the terrace for coffee, lunch and admire the view of the harbor. Modern kitchen, new bedding (140 beds), designer bathroom. Located on the second floor of a quiet residence. Private parking space. Elevator. View of the harbor. Household linen not provided, on rental. End of stay cleaning is yours.

Ideally located in the heart of the village, you will be a short walk from all shops, restaurants, bars, a market of fresh and local products every Saturday morning and all the shops you may need (bakery, butcher, pastry shop, grocery store, supermarket , pharmacy, bank, greengrocer, fishmonger)

The apartment is in the center of Port-Vendres, 1 minute walk from the € 1 bus line Perpignan - Cerbere (line 400), 20 minutes walk from the train station.

Appartement spacieux, lumineux et bien situé.Parmi les points d’amélioration on note : casseroles et poêles à changer, cafetière à filtre à changer également car la verseuse était cassée à notre arrivée. Un kit d’entretien avec un produit multi-usage voire de la lessive serait le bienvenu. Et enfin, un second jeu de clé pour permettre aux différents occupants de ne pas être tributaires les uns les autres pour accéder au logement.

Un troisième séjour sur la Côte Vermeille

Nous venons d’effectuer notre troisième séjour à Port-Vendres dans cet appartement très agréable situé à la croisée des chemins entre le port, les criques et la place de l’Obélisque. Juste un bémol au niveau du ménage : nous aurions aimé le trouver dans le même état de propreté que nous l’avons laissé en partant et tout particulièrement la terrasse qu'il a fallu nettoyer de fond en comble (sol, tables et chaises, étendoir à linge). Par ailleurs, les ustensiles de cuisine (casseroles et poêles) mériteraient d'être changés car les revêtements intérieurs sont en très mauvais état.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Port-Vendres. La localisation de l'hébergement est excellent, à deux pas du port, des commerces et des sites touristiques. Le logement est entièrement rénové et équipé de manière moderne et fonctionnel. La place de parking, gratuite et sécurisée, est un vrai plus. Nous avons eu un malentendu quant à la fourniture des draps mais Jérémy a su se rendre disponible et aidant dans la recherche d'une solution. Merci à lui pour sa réactivité et son investissement. Bref, une location à recommander sans aucun doute.

Appartement très spacieux et bien situé. Dommage pas de wifi et pas d’airco mais ventilateurs ok

Nous avons passé d’agréables vacances ; l’emplacement est propice à de nombreuses balades et bien situé pour visiter la région. L’accès au parking n’est pas possible avec une camionnette ; l’antenne d’une Renault Scènic touche déjà le linteau. L’appartement est superbe et très spacieux mais il manque une connexion wifi

Prévenu trop tard par l'agent immobilier sur un échafaudage montée 5 jours avant notre arrivée, nous n'avons pas pu annuler notre réservation sinon nous perdions l'acompte déjà versé. Donc comme paysage, nous avions des ouvriers et un échafaudage plus le bruit de perceuse, c'était très moyen. le gîte n'était pas propre (literie sale, poubelles non nettoyées...). Dommage car l'appartement est bien situé.

Appartement très bien rénové, mais resté qu’une nuit au lieu de 6 car beaucoup de bruit dans l’appartement venant de la cage d’escalier et de l’ascenseur. Immeuble des années 70 et gros bruit de ventilation. Pas de parking à disposition Parking payant autour. Vacanciers précédents ont perdu la télécommande de ce fait on subit!!! Nous avons quitté l’appartement après une nuit pour reprendre une autre location… à notre charge !!! Très Mauvaise expérience!!!

L’endroit idéal pour poser ses valises à Port-Vendres

Appartement agréable, spacieux et décoré avec goût. Une proximité immédiate avec le port, les commerces et les criques pour se baigner. Situé à 30 minutes à pied de Collioure et de l’Ande de Paulilles. De quoi satisfaire les familles ou les couples qui aiment randonner sur les sentiers du littoral. Et pour les autres, un arrêt de bus est situé en face de l’appartement (arrêt Obélisque) pour se déplacer entre Cerbère et Perpignan. Tarif: 1€ le trajet .

Overall the place was good, but at times communication was difficult. Towels and sheets are not included in the price and have to be paid for separately and there was a high charge for cleaning, all of which should have been made clear online.

Très bel appartement spacieux et confortable

Rénové avec goût et soin, cet appartement en copropriété datant vraissemblablement des années 80 est parfaitement situé pour découvrir Portvendres , ses environs et plus largement la Côte Vermeille. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Fanny qui nous a communiqué nombre des recommandations utiles pour notre séjour. Bien noter que le linge de maison (lit, salle de bain et cuisine) n'est pas fourni dans le prix de la location, il peut être fourni moyennant un supplément. Absence de connexion Wifi. Propriété équipée d'un ascenseur et d'un parking privé sécurisé appréciable. Nous reviendrons avec joie !
