"We loved the place wgen we git there. Friendly staff and nice, spacious rooms. It went downhill from there. We ate at their restaurant and the food was terrible. Old cheese on a salad, undercooked vegetables, dry sushi. We coulnt eat it. We were there for an overnight getaway and concert. After the concert, we went straight to bed. The next morning, I turned back my blanket to find this dried, bloody booger on my comforter. So disgusting. We reported it, but just git, "Ew. We should look into that." No apologies. I would never stay here again. "

"Staff were nice and very helpful. Parking was super easy. It’s a really cute place with an amazing location; walkable to the lake, the art museum, coffeehouses and restaurants. Was startled by an unfortunate visitor when showering, right before checking out. They just need to have an exterminator do some work. "

"Room wasn’t clean, clearly wasn’t vacuumed, freezer was full of old soda and ice fridge dirty, sheets not clean we were told by a guest at the desk that the place is a little ghetto if you don’t mind it , and stated he had only found one roach in his room but nothing after that.
