Large bathroom with rainhead shower. Kitchen features granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and ample cooking supplies. Dinning table seats 4. Located walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and the Port Washington Marina.

Wonderful Property, Great Location

We stayed for almost a week at this property and loved it! It’s very spacious for a one bedroom, the pictures don’t do the size justice! You can tell it is newly remodeled, and the furniture is great. We especially appreciated the mattress which seems to be a Tempur-pedic. The property came with everything we needed for an easy and complete stay!Great location close to 2 bars and 1 restaurant (counter service only), and an easy 10 minute walk into downtown.We will definitely be booking here again when we come back in a few months!

Adorable place in the heart of Port Washington

Went to visit friends that live in the area. Perfect location for what we needed. Near bar and grills and gas station and plenty of restaurants. Loved the place! We will go back.

Paper thin walls, and a permanent resident in the unit next door. A pass thru door between the units where you could see thru to the other unit. Very nice apartment otherwise…very clean and recently upgraded/updated.

Great stay

Fun trip back to my hometown

My husband and I stayed in this one bedroom apartment during a great visit back to my hometown. Good location for exploring the area. Right on the main drag, so be prepared for some traffic noise. Otherwise very comfortable.

NIce roomy place

We had a great visit and this place was perfectly located for what we had planned there. Could walk to downtown Port. It was very roomy and it was clean. Chrissy made everything easy for checking in and out. Would definitely stay there again.

Port Washington wedding

Perfect property!!

This place is absolutely amazing!! Chrissy is professional, prompt with instruction, friendly and the property is perfect!! Perfect location, perfectly decorated and our trip here was made soooo much better by having this place to stay in vs a hotel room. The Jo’s will be our new go to place when we come “home” to Port again.

Lovely and cozy apartment!

The apartment was well furnished and very clean. It was plenty of space for my 2 young adult daughters and myself. It was just a short walk to the very quaint downtown area... we enjoyed our stay very much and Chrissy is an excellent host!

State fair

Wife and I cane fir the State Fair. Have stayed at several VRBOs. This one was one of my favorites. Very ckean, cute well decorated and close to restaurants and the lake. Ate on the water a couple nights.

Family Reunion

The inside of the unit was clean and met all our expectations. Since no picture was provided of the outdoors, we were a little surprised and Leary of the rental when arriving. Noise from the street traffic was a little bothering. Could be solved if everyone actually drove 25 mph. Maybe police presence periodically would resolveThe walk to downtown is much longer than advertised. It takes about 15 -20 minutes. Downtown Port was beautiful and exceptionally clean. We would recommend to anyone to go.Recommend to have shower products already in the unit and 1 dish towel was not enough. Some form of where the washing machine is would be helpful

Family get-away

Quick get-away to go fishing, see friends and take In a Brewers game. The place was nice. Conveniently located, and nicely remodeled. Only negative is it is noisy. The street noise I can deal with, the upstairs neighbors were loud and we stayed during the week. The last night there was a lot of a guest pounding on the door and yelling the tenant’s name.must have been an off night😬

Cute unit!

Newly remodeled unit. Very cute. Comfortable place. If you are looking for a quiet place. This is not the place for you. It is on a very noisy busy street (HWY) And the neighbors have no consideration for quietness. Blasting the TV and stomping at 5am in the morning everyday of my stay. Also, do not park your car on the street overnight. You will get a ticket for overnight parking. Other than that, place was comfortable and great communication with the owner.

5 star plus except for…

We have stayed at many VRBOs and have found there are 3 things that are most important to us. Cleanliness, comfort and quiet. We rate this property 5+ in the first 2. This unit was exceptionally clean and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. Unit was even more spacious than shown in the pictures. Unfortunately if you are looking for peace and quiet, this unit may not be for you. This unit is on the state highway that makes up the main thoroughfare of this quant little town. There was a lot of truck traffic and a railroad track one half block away. Made it difficult to sleep at night but certainly easy to wake in the morning. Especially since the walls were thin enough to hear the alarm clock in the unit next door. It’s a shame that this one particular issue brings down the rating of what otherwise would have been an outstanding review.

Bigger Space Than the Photos Make It Seem‼️

My stay at Chrissy's place in Port Washington, Wisconsin was nothing short of excellent. Her prompt responses and willingness to accommodate our needs made the entire booking process seamless and hassle-free. The accommodation itself was spacious and modern, with a clean, minimalist design that still felt warm and inviting. The kitchen was well-equipped with cooking pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and knives, which was perfect for our home-cooked meals, although it's worth noting that no condiments or seasonings were provided. The bathroom was another highlight - large, pristine, and perfectly functional. While the walls were a bit thin, allowing some noise from passing cars, it was a minor inconvenience and didn't greatly affect our overall experience. One of the best things about Chrissy's place was its location. Nestled in the heart of Port Washington, it was incredibly convenient and gave us easy access to the town's attractions. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds and the updated shower - they truly made for a relaxing stay. Lastly, I would like to commend Chrissy for her exceptional hospitality. On our last morning, we lost track of time while fishing for salmon at the river and forgot about our checkout time. Chrissy graciously allowed us an extra hour, which significantly eased our checkout process. In summary, our stay at Chrissy's place was a delight from start to finish. Her place is a gem in Port Washington, and I highly recommend it to any

Clean but not quiet

Kudos to the owner for refurbishing this property. It looks a little sketchy from the outside, but the inside is clean and comfortable. All was as it should be with the exception of the noise. Noise from the street can be somewhat expected as it is a quite busy street. But the noise from the other units was disappointing. There is just a hollow core door between one of the units and ours and we could hear their conversations plain as day. But even worse the bedroom wall was also shared with this unit and every noise was clearly audible. The tenants went on a fishing trip the first morning and were up before 5 am which meant we were. The next morning before 6 we could clearly hear them dragging an air mattress across the floor and using the electric pump to empty it out all while having a conversation above the noise of the pump. I want to stress that the other tenants weren’t making an extremely excessive amount of noise, it just sounded like they were in the next room. I’m guessing no sound dampening was installed between the units during the remodel.

Great place, a bit noisy

This place is decorated with attention to detail, it was roomy for just two adults and a medium sized dog. It was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and communication with the host was excellent! The only down side is, as others have mentioned, the lack of sound proofing in the building. It’s a multi unit building and you can hear pretty much everything. We were lucky that we had an older person with his dog stay right next to us, so there wasn’t any loud noises, but you could hear him speak in a normal voice. We came home the first day, after a lovely hike, opened the second door and heard a dog collar shaking. We (including our dog) thought there was a mistake and someone else had arrived,- with their dog. Turned out it was the older man‘s dog on the other side of the door (right by the TV) that was eating dinner. The dogs actually made friends through the dog by the end the weekend was over. Lol. Anyway, besides that, it still is a great place to stay as it is within short walking distance to many shops, restaurants, the marina and the adorable downtown area. And just a short drive to two beautiful hiking trails. We saw our first “live and free“ bald eagle! The unit has everything you need and if you need anything extra I’m sure Chrissy would be more than happy to help out. I think this is a great place for considerate people who love a quiet time away. We had a great time! Thank you.
