"I am writing to you to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay. The condition of the hotel is poor: I found the room neglected, broken furniture elements and lack of hygiene. Throughout my visit, the elevator was out of service and the buffet service did not meet the expected minimum standards. The most serious thing was the attention of the staff, who were indifferent to our complaints. I request a review of my case, since the service received does not match what was advertised or what I have paid for.""

"Room 328 - One of the black out shades did not close all the way. Therefore, light came in at sunrise. Also, the outlet in the bathroom is not usable. The lighted mirror installed blocks the space for the plastic around the prongs of the plug. The lighting in the bathroom was awful. The noise from the busy street was loud - we asked for a room on the backside of the hotel, but the staff member brought us to a new room that was still facing Northern Blvd, so she did not know the bldg layout. When we came back one night and the lobby and elevator reeked of weed. All in all, no interest in returning to this hotel."
