On the 1st floor: pleasant living room with access to the terrace, benefiting from a beautiful south-west exposure with a view of the vineyards. 1 separate toilet. Spacious fully equipped kitchen. On the 2nd floor: mezzanine converted into a TV lounge area with convertible sofa (140 x 190 cm) and dressing room. Parking on property. Sheets included and beds made on arrival. Towels provided. Old renovated cellar, in the heart of the vineyard, located in Les Marches and offering a preserved and very calm environment. Very good comfort. Spacious and bright. Pleasant character harmoniously combining traditional materials and contemporary furniture. Large south-facing terrace. Superb unobstructed view of the vineyard and the Chartreuse massif. In the heart of the Savoie vineyard, ideally located to discover Chambéry and its surroundings. 21 km from Lac du Bourget (largest natural lake in France). Easy access to the Regional Natural Parks of the Massif des Bauges and Chartreuse, unspoiled areas offering magnificent walks and hikes.
