Ground floor: living room-kitchen lounge area (1 sofa bed for 2 people 140 x 200 cm), a bathroom with WC. 1st floor: bedroom in the attic (1 double bed 140 x 200 cm) with 2 skylights. Total floor space: 47 m² including attic areas. Flat terrain. Possibility of storing skis, bicycles or roof box in the vaulted clay cellar. Sheets and towels included for short stays (2 and 3 nights). This cellar transformed into a gite is a remarkable renovation where the dominant neutral colors help to create a soothing and harmonious atmosphere, a beautiful bedroom under the roof with its exposed beams and a breathtaking view through the skylight of Mont Granier. The flat land is equipped with a furnished terrace and garden furniture with barbecue. Bicycles can be stored in the large vaulted earth cellar. If sheets are rented, beds are made upon arrival. This former family cellar is located in the heart of the Savoie vineyard, a few kilometers from Chambéry, where you can stay in complete peace of mind to recharge your batteries and rest or take advantage of the many activities in the area. A remarkable place with a privileged view of Mont Granier!
