"The hotel was very comfortable, although it seemed more distant from the airport than I had thought. The staff was extremely attentive, and the room was very clean and neat and large. It was wonderful to have a restaurant and a bar on the main floor, particularly because they a happy hour! The bartender Dee atand helpful"

"The room was very nice and the staff was excellent. Very friendly the hotel was clean breakfast was nice and coffee was hot and fresh. If i stay in Houston again it will be here. The only thing I see that can be improved is the shuttle from the airport. I had to call to get them to pick me up. Needs to be put on website for customers to call ahead of flight. "

"I was only there about five or six hours. Had to get up at 5 AM to catch a…. Didn’t get to try their breakfast. I had been there a week before and accidentally left my phone charger in the room so I called and told them and the housekeeper got it for me. Kept it in housekeeping until I showed up again to get it from them. So that’s a big plus. It was clean and good and quiet."

"On entering the hotel, I thought it was very nice and clean. The receptionist was nice. As we got to our room when I inspected everything which I do always I thought the rooms were very clean and comfortable and I would recommend them and I’m sure when we have to fly somewhere again we will be back."
