"Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, perfect location right next to the beach."

"On arrival we received a very warm welcome, the staff are very attentive and helpful. Our room was clean and bright, bed was very comfortable as we're the pillows. The only downside was the smell of drains not only in our room but around the hotel I think there must have been some sort of an issue as there were a maintenance team looking at this on day 2 of our stay. But dont let this put you off. The breakfast is a must, so well presented and plenty of choice."

During our stay we experienced: * Room flooding every time the shower was used due to poor drainage. * Construction dust throughout the room. * Air conditioning failed across the hotel for our entire first day. * A major power cut. * We had to move rooms twice because the door locks didn’t work properly. At one point we were even asked to leave our belongings in an unlocked room as they ‘weren’t sure which rooms had working doors and needed to...
