Villa located in secured residence "Les Marines" with shared pool (open July and August), and the sea just 5 minutes away. This villa has a mezzanine with 2 single beds and downstairs there is a second bedroom with double bed. A well fitted kitchenett, shower room, separate toilet. Outside, a nice tiled terrace with a sund bed, 2 sun chairs, garden table and chairs, bbq mobile. One parking place in the residence- only one small pet allowed
Equipments:2 TV, NESPRESSO, toaster, coffee machine, combinated fridge/freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron+board, micro-wave, small oven, washing machine, hot water boiler, fans…CLEANING FEES INCLUDED
