Located in a secure ‘Sun village’ residence with communal swimming pool (mid-June to mid-September). It is a T3 house with two bedrooms and an office area on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is a spacious air-conditioned living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, a shower room and a separate WC. Quiet, enclosed terrace with garden furniture, electric grill and parasol. Designated parking space close to the house. ALL COMFORT -Various equipments such as hoover, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, mini-oven, toaster, combined fridge-freezer, kettle, TV, NESPRESSO, electric coffee maker, fans ..... CLEANING FEES INCLUDED -NO PETS -
