Charming house, 45m2, in a secure holiday residence, with a garden shaded by an olive tree and oleanders, and a large covered terrace. Parking for a large car on the property. The house has on the ground floor a living room equipped with two 2-seater sofa beds and a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a dining area for 6 people, as well as a fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, Senseo, ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, extractor hood, freezer, dishes, glasses, cutlery and quality pots and pans for 6 people). Plenty of storage, air conditioning, separate WC and bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor has two independent bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with two bunk beds and a pull-out bed. Very efficient storage and fans in both bedrooms. The staircase is protected by a security barrier. The residence has two large swimming pools with paddling pools and children's games, one with slides and water games, a volleyball court, a mini-golf course, a pétanque court, children's play areas . Internet and Wifi throughout the house. The terrace is equipped with a table for 10 people, a barbecue and sunbathing. Garden furniture. Private parking in the garden. Possibility to sleep up to 8 people. Bakery, shops, restaurant, ice-cream parlor at 200m. The 7km long, gently sloping sandy beach, well suited for children, is 500m away. The Canal du Midi, its promenade and its cycle path are 1km away. The surrounding marshes offer beautiful walks (on foot or by bicycle) allowing you to discover exceptional flora and fauna (Flamingos, herons, samphire ...) and very beautiful sunsets. Béziers and Agde train stations, as well as Béziers airport are nearby.

Great stay for a seaside vacation

We had a great time with my family, including two kids under 10. The house is very practical, it is fully equipped so that you don't need anything. The two bedrooms are comfortable, bathroom and kitchen have literally everything, plus the small garden in front is great for outdoor dining. The house is located in an enclosed holidays village full of families, close to a great beach and equipped with swimming pool and bar. For a family vacation by the sea, this is perfect. The communications with the owner and the person that helps managing the property have gone very smooth, everyone has been very kind and understanding.

Our kids loved the residence with 2 pools, slides, table tennis, soccer ground and animation. The beach is nearby and nice restaurants if you want to eat out. The house has everything you need, only it could have been cleaner, especially the shower, under the beds and in general in the corners and kitchen cupboards. The owners are available and answer immediately if needed in order to help if needed. Also it was an easy and flexible check in and check out. What we would recommend is a fence or some kind of closure of the front of property because we sometimes felt a bit observed on the terrasse as it is open towards the front. However, this is the case for most houses in the domaine. The surroundings are nice to visit with Carcasonne, several "Gorges" and nice cities.

Portiragnes is a lovely holiday destination with plenty to see and do. This seaside home is very homely and the owners are very accommodating and easy to contact should you need. We stayed for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as did our 2 children. A short walk to the beach and markets was ideal. The Market in Portiragnes is really good and the beach is lovely. There are plenty of restaurants too with great food. The holiday home had everything you need and the washing machine was very handy. Overall great place to stay with very helpful owner.

The house is in a good location but we felt that it was very tired. There is no AC upstairs and it was stifling even with the fans.There was a problem with the electricity and we had an alarming night where our son woke to the sound of crackling and smoke. The socket with the downstairs AC had overheated. It was dealt with very quickly and the lady who looked after the property and her husband were great.There was some sort of ground cover in the garden which meant that there very sharp seeds with long thick thorns which got embedded in our feet. We could not there go barefoot in the house or outside.

Licht und Schatten

Die Ferienanlage und die Lage in der Ferienanlage ist sehr gut. Die Ferienhaus ist in Richtung Westen orientiert, morgens kann man sehr gut auf der Terasse frühstücken, am Nachmittag reicht der vorhandene Sonnenschutz nicht aus.Klimaanlage, Warmwasser, Dusche, Küche im Erdgeschoss funktionieren gut.Die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss werden heiss, auch wenn man die Schlagläden mittags schliesst.Vieles müsste repariert oder ersetzt werden, z.B.: Das Gartentor ist teilweise zugewachsen und die Pfosten wackeln, es kann nicht mehr auf normalem Wege geöffnet und geschlossen werden. Die Arretierungen der Schlagläden sind defekt, im Obergeschoss muss man Pflastersteine verwenden, um die Läden geöffnet zu halten. Das WC ist wahrscheinlich nicht richtig gegen die Kanalisation abgeschlossen und stinkt deshalb mal mehr und mal weniger.

Tolle Location in Meeresnähe

Tolle Location in grosser Ferienanlage, bestückt mit allem, was man für die Ferien braucht. Sehr nette und zeitlich flexible Schlüsselübergabe. Grosse Poolanlage, die Kinder haben sie geliebt. Wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, Märkte, Restaurants usw. in Gehdistanz. Einziger Kritikpunkt (1 Stern Abzug): Keine Klimaanlage im oberen Stock, wo die Schlafräume sind. Es wird abends so heiss, dass man fast nicht schlafen kann. Bei offenem Fenster ist es nachts etwas lärmig von der Musik und den Party Heimkehrern. Wir haben den Aufenthalt geliebt und danken Petra, Pascal und Marjorie herzlich für die schönen Sommerferien!

Tres bon séjour dans cette magnifique résidence protégée et très bien équipée. La maison était totalement en accord avec l'annonce et très agréable. Toutefois, la mise en place d'une climatisation a l'étage n'est plus une recommandation mais une nécessité. Nous avons dû dormir plusieurs nuits dans le salon du bas car dans les chambres du haut c'était invivable.

Ein Ferienzuhause

Die Ankunft, wie auch der Empfang von Frau Mérino war super und sehr freundlich. Als wir uns dann eingenistet hatten in dem zuhause auf Zeit, haben wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein kleiner Geheimtipp denn wir sehr gerne wieder in Anspruch nehmen würden. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Petra, war sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für die tolle Zeit die wir da verbringen durften.

Très bon séjour , accueil très sympa, la maison est très bien équipée, mériterait la Clim à l’étage car semaine très chaude et difficile de dormir sans les ventilateurs à fond, mais on ne regrette pas notre semaine , nos ados se sont éclatés avec les infrastructures, piscines , bar , équipements sportifs et les finitions animations très dynamique avec une super équipe ! Notre fille de 15 ans est déjà prête à revenir l’année prochaine ;-)

Une belle expérience

Une belle surprise en famille dans cette jolie propriété. Avec 4 enfants de 1 an à 10 ans et 2 adultes. Il y en a eu pour tout le monde. Station balnéaire proche et mer accessible a pied. Résidence sécurisée pour les enfants et piscine top avec 3 grands toboggan et une autre piscine au calme. Nombreuses animation et bonne ambiance. Propriétaire toujours disponible. A refaire. Séjour Aout 2019

Sympa petite maison de vacances à Portiragnes plages dans une résidence sécurisé et familiale Les Tamaris et les portes du soleil. Nous avons bien été guidé et accueilli dès notre arrivée par Mme Merino qui nous a fait un petit topo sur la maison et les environs. Nous avons eu accès à tous les équipements de la résidence, (Piscine, toboggan, jacuzzi, bar, jeu gonflable, ... ). La maison est très fonctionnelle, cuisine et salle de bain neuve, bien équipé, tous le nécessaire est disponible. Le barbecue à charbon de bois a été très appréciable. La terrasse est équipé d'une tonnelle pour manger à l'ombre le midi. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation car pendant notre séjour la température est monté jusqu'à 39° à l'ombre. Bien que la maison ne soit pas équipé de climatisation dans les chambres à l'étage, nous avons bien dormi (merci au ventilateur mis à disposition). Nous sommes partis avec notre fils de 2ans 1/2 et il s'est régalé, piscine, toboggan, chateau gonflable, piscine à bulle. La plage de sable est à 5-10min à pieds, en plein mois d’août et nous avons toujours trouvé une place au bord de l'eau. La résidence est rempli d'activité en journée (le club des enfants réalise beaucoup d'animation) mais accessible pour les enfant à partir de 5ans. La nuit la résidence est bien calme, les animations de la résidence et des alentour coupe à 00h. La résidence est bien situé, nous avons profité de quelques balades en vélo pour découvrir le canal du midi à 10min (en vélo), ainsi que la manade du gran Salan (sentier pédagogique pour découvrir la faune et la flore local) avec vue sur les élevages de taureaux et de chevaux. Un bon séjour que je recommande, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Grundsätzlich gute Ausstattung, Leider fehlte das Eingangstor des Hauses und die Sauberkeit bei Eintreffen hätte besser sein können. Der Vermieter hat aber sehr schnell reagiert und geholfen. Wir können den Aufenthalt empfehlen.
