Accueil sur place bien sympathique. Résidence pas loin de la plage, à 10mn à pied. Commerces sur la place, à la sortie de la résidence. Toutes les activités de village se terminent à une heure raisonnable. Maison confortable, juste ce qu'il faut, pour passer un bon séjour. Mais surtout, le couple de propriétaires voisin est très calme et tellement adorable!

Horreur,mensonges et mauvaise fois

De grands mensonges sur les détails de la maison qui est loin d'être "magnifique" comme précisé en titre de l'annonce... A notre arrivée la terrasse était une piscine nous avons du racler le sol afin de pouvoir rentrer dans la maison avec nos valises pour ne pas mouiller nos affaires. La visite s'est faite avec un voisin de la location car le propriétaire était ailleurs... La location était pleine de sable dissimulé sous les meubles et pleins les escaliers...de plus les WC étaient cassé nous avons vécu avec,,pendant 15 jours sans que personne ne viennent les réparer. Le salon fait office de chambre avec un canapé convertible et un frigo trop bruyant, pour une nuit sereine, ce que le propriétaire s'est bien gardé de le signaler dans l'annonce.de plus si comme nous,vous avez la malchance d'avoir des voisins vacanciers très bruyant en face et aussi très curieux de vos faits et gestes vous passerez d'aussi bonnes vacances que nous... Cette maison est loin d'être faite pour une famille avec des enfants malgré la possibilité de dormir à 6 personnes dans cette maison. Le prix est donc beaucoup trop élevée par rapport à la qualité de la prestation de cette location et aux règles de Abritel.

Maison correcte

La maison est très bien située à 300 m des plages et 100 mètres des commerces. Elle manque de rangement au rez-de-chaussée et le mobilier est très encombrant pour cette petite surface mais le propriétaire a promis de faire des modifications pour rendre le bien plus agréable. A suivre

TRES BONNE LOCATION A PORTIRAGNES PLAGES

Maison de vacances modeste mais très agréable, calme, très bien située et parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. Idéale pour la famille dans une résidence sécurisée et entretenue. Excellent contact avec le propriétaire, très arrangeant et à l'écoute ainsi qu'avec la personne qui vous accueille sur place. Adresse à retenir.

La location correspond au descriptif en tout point. Pas de mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée. Quartier très calme et sécurisant idéal pour famille avec de jeunes enfants. Portiragnes plages est très sympathique d'autant plus que tout est proximité. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Location à recommander

Location agréable au soleil

La commune de Portiragnes plage est très sympathique, La location est conforme aux photos et aux descriptifs. La location étant dans une résidence, on se sent en sécurité, pas de circulation de voiture et tout est à proximité (commerces, marchés, restaurants et la plage). La pièce à vivre peut paraitre un peu petite pour 6 personnes mais on vit beaucoup à l'extérieur et il y a quand même 3 chambres séparées. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Location à recommander.
