Located in a large, secure holiday estate in Portiragnes Plage, this air-conditioned corner house is ideal for holidays with family or friends. It welcomes you in a friendly setting with a veranda and enclosed terrace, just a 5-minute walk from the sea and shops.

On the ground floor:
-A bright living room with equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, mini-oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, flat-screen television,
-A small bathroom with shower and toilet.
-A pleasant veranda for meals or relaxation.
-A private enclosed terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, built-in barbecue and electric plancha grill.

Upstairs:
-An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140x190) + an extra bed (80x190) and a balcony.
-A bedroom with two single bunk beds (90x190) and mosquito net.

-An air-conditioned hallway.
-A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
