Beautiful hotel and both restaurants/bars were very good. However, please pay attention to your itemized bill upon checkout. I found errors on my end with regards to the daily $10.00 credit per day if you visit the bar or restaurant. The last night of my stay, about 20 people in room next to me having a big party. Staff was notified around 10:PM and again at 3:AM but nothing was done. A guest from the 4th floor visited the room to complain but that did not help. I stepped out and spoke to the gentleman from the 4th floor and I told him I called the front desk twice but nothing was done. The noise stopped at 4AM. For the reasons I mentioned, I would not stay at this property again.

Heard noise all night long. Was not able to sleep at all. It sounded like I could hear the elevator going up and down all night long. Brought it to the attention of management. They checked the air conditioner and elevator and said it was nothing and could not duplicate the sound. Was not happy with how management handled the matter and didn’t accommodate me at all for the inconvenience. On a positive note, the hotel is very nice, clean, conveniently located, and walkable to tour the city.

The hotel was perfect. Updated, clean, secure, great restaurant/bars attached to the hotel. The whole downtown area was sketchy at night.

Loved the location and proximity to the Schnitzer concert hall. Check-in was easy, the property was beautiful. The room was spacious and well appointed. Dining and drink options on-site were wonderful and it was very convenient to be able to charge to the room. I will definitely return. The only thing that was a minor inconvenience during our stay was how long it took valet to retrieve our car upon check out, which wasn’t a huge deal, but set us back on our travel time.

The property is in great condition. It feels and looks like a higher-level hotel. However, it is not! From the start of your stay, until the end, they failed horribly. The pictures on Expedia gave the impression it was a downtown older established FULL SERVICE hotel. However, When you pull up, you were welcomed by very friendly valet attendants who unload the luggage into a valet cart and proceed to park your car ( parking rate $56 a night. A little high for the area). Well, from that point the service ended. No one was there to pull the cart through the awkward doors and onto the lobby. You, them were greeted by the friendly receptionist, but, again no valet to assist with the luggage to the room via awkward elevators. We had a suite with a jetted tub, fireplaces in both the living room and bedroom and a stocked bar. Well, what they call stocked was a far cry from expectation. Not enough glasses, no bottle opener, no mixer, and no alcohol. You couldn’t even call it a service bar due to the lack of tools. It was getting to be dinner time so I thought I would order room service, well that was impossible. They had stopped room service back in 2021 due to; yes, you guessed it, COVID-19. From that point to current they never restarted. Otherwise, a great stay until the end. The end was a huge miss. We called for a valet cart to come and get the luggage, as we were checking out. They brought the cart and dropped it at the door. We wheeled down, we loaded! Horrible

honestly, one of the most perfect stays I’ve had, and they guy that helped us check in :) loved him, so real. Besides my unfortunate Taco Bell circumstances, the upgrade we go with the tub really pulled through. 10/10 recommend. <3<3

Liked the hotel, wonderful bar resturant. They recomended not parking my motorcycle on the street because of the neighborhood and said I should have the valet parking which is a secure garage. They had me park in a parking space too small for a car, shared with the gate opener. Still paid and additional 59 dollars on top of the room rate. I didn’t see that coming when I booked the room.

I couldn't open the window for fresh air. No fan in the bathroom to air it out, just small things. It was clean with a comfortable bed, good size TV a nice whiskey bar downstairs

Decent Clean. Friendly Staff. Shower is fairly good. Valet parking was expensive but better than worrying about the car being broken into during the night. Convenient location with restaurants, shopping or just take a walk.
