This is the perfect spot to stay for a Kennebunkport getaway, near the the downtown area (everything is walkable), excellent staff and the amenities are top-notch

We loved AWOL Kennebunkport! My wife and I visited town on our honeymoon, and AWOL was the perfect place to stay. It was a super quick, maybe 3 minute walk right into the heart of town, but also felt private and quaint at the same time. The host/employees were super nice and gave us some great local recommendations to make sure each of our days were filled with plenty to do. The breakfast that was served was super tasty too! AWOL is a perfect option for anyone who wants a clean, comfy, and convenient place to stay when visiting Kennebunkport.

Beautiful, quiet property with a rustic feel in the heart of KPT. 5 minute walk to the downtown and a 10 minute car ride to the beach. The complimentary breakfast was also a great touch and way to start the morning. Plenty of bikes, beach towels, beach umbrellas, etc. to help make the stay more enjoyable. Will definitely be returning here in the future.

Wonderful location with many useful amenities. The closets are stocked with beach bags filled with beach towels, umbrellas, bathrobes, and a clothes steamer. The shed has bicycles and helmets for a nice ride along the shore. The breakfast was incredible and had gluten free options including a dedicated toaster! The location is a 5 minute walk from the stores and restaurants along the water. It’s about a 12 minute walk from the old stone church which was pretty cool to visit. The staff at AWOL are very friendly and helpful. The deluxe suite felt luxurious and spacious with two separate sitting areas and a bowl bathtub tub outside of the bathroom. Overall a very relaxing stay.

The room was very cute, had a lovely stay, and breakfast is surprisingly excellent, very quaint and great place to stay. Fantastic location to be able to reach all parts of Kennebunkport!

Older home, so it has its own quaint quirks, but lovely! Breakfast was fantastic! Various bagels, English muffins and assorted breads for toasting. A different daily danish and egg bake, along with yogurt and a large assortment of toppings and spreads! Yummy!
