  • Nestled in Portland’s charming West End, this spacious and bright 2 BR offers upscale amenities and a refined sense of comfort. Designed with style & sophistication that provides an inviting atmosphere.
    A large rooftop deck is perfect for coffee/cocktails. Centrally located, you’ll find shops, restaurants, museums + cafés just steps away. A stroll leads to the vibrant Old Port or waterfront, making this the ideal home base for exploring Portland and the beautiful beaches are just 10 min away.

    Very large 2 bedroom with a sofa in the living room that turns into a full bed. Living room and 1 BR have tv`s. Large eat in kitchen. Perfect location! Walk to everything.

    This unit is not used for private use it is strictly a rental property. Located on the second floor. You will have access to the entire unit and there is a shared deck with one studio unit.

    I am fully available to guests to give advice etc....

    Awesome Central location, the apartment makes it easy to walk to all of Portland`s top locations. Walk just a couple blocks to the Museum of Art, The Old Port or head to the harbor for some fresh local cuisine. Many restaurants and coffee shops within the surrounding couple blocks. If you are interested in a hike or the beach you have an abundance of options within a short drive. Very safe neighborhood.

    Walk to just about anything in the city!

    There is no soaking tub as advertised in headed/ There is a glitch in the Airbnb algorithm that I am trying to get removed. Parking is not included with this listing but is easy to find. Monday- Saturday some streets are metered or have 1-2 hour limits during the day only. Meters can be accessed with passport parking app. Pleasant street, behind the building never has any limits. There is a lot and garage within a 2-3 min walk you can park starting at $17/day. There is 15 min parking across the street for loading and unloading.
    - Quiet hours from 9PM-8AM
    - Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink
    - No walking on rubber flat roof
    - deck is shared with one other unit so please be courteous of other guests.
    - please take trash out to bins in the back of the building.
    Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.

    *No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.

    *No pets are allowed.

    * No smoking is allowed in or around any property.

    *No glitter or tape on walls.If you use glitter or tape you will be charged an additional $150.00 cleaning fee.

    Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests. Please make sure you use the correct bins for trash and recycle.

    If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.

    Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.

    Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.

We really enjoyed our visit! The apartment was very charming, with spacious bedrooms, and it included everything we needed for our vacation. We would certainly rent this unit again!

Apartment is in a location that makes Portland very accessible on foot. Host was quick to respond and answer questions. There are steep, spiraling stairs to get to the apartment front door so keep that in mind when booking. It was a bit precarious taking the luggage up the stairs. Kitchen was well stocked.
