NO POOL. Its seasonal so may be open in the summer and that wouldn't be a big deal if I was traveling alone but I booked it so kids could swim on our way through. (All available info online says they have a pool.) Facility is nice. Pretty centrally located downtown. No one at the front desk answers phones. That was kind of odd and inconvienent having to go all the way down there to get information about anything.

I paid for a room with a balcony, it was screwed shut. The board in front of the sink fell off and crushed my daughter’s toes. The baseboards in the bathroom were filthy. The morning desk clerk waived my parking fee, so that was nice.
