I chose this property for its location and indoor pool/hot tub. My grandchildren and I had a blast in the pool!

Traveling with a dog, there was lots of places nearby to walk while still feel safe. There dog treats at the front desk, and a nice quiet pet area easily accessible.
Neighborhood appeared to be safe, there was not homeless people camping around the hotel unlike other places I’ve stayed recently.

The stay was good. The check in staff was great. The breakfast was a bust. 9$ a person? Never stayed in a hotel that CHARGES for the continental breakfast. We did not eat as it was waffles and cereal. What was worth 9$. THEN the coffee cups were empty, I asked staff if there was any more (after waiting like 10 mins for someone to show up to ask) and it took quite a while to restock the cups THEN the coffee potty was empty. The breakfast/coffee was thoroughly disappointing. I did not eat or drink coffee. Breakfast and staff at breakfast sucked. Stay, room and check in staff was excellent. Fire the breakfast girl and stop charging 9$ per person for something the rest of the world gives for free

Everything was amazing, our room was alot bigger then we expected. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our only thing was that the hot tub may be having some problems, only a few jets worked and one was trickling cold water.
But other then that we definitely recommend and we will stay there again!

A few minor problems. No extra TP in bathroom. Hair dryer broken. Refrigerator froze all food. Breakfast cost of $9.00 per person was not worth the money. Very limited choices. Staff was very nice and attempted to accommodate.

The hotel was nice and quiet. We felt like we had the whole pool to ourselves. The interior was a bit outdated and could use a makeover but our stay was great!

Overall it’s okay hotels. We were told breakfast was included and was told at the hotel it’s $10 per head. We are not sure where was the disconnect. We were given the handicapped room in which bathroom was not in great shape. The third person didn’t get any comforter and they didn’t ask while checking. We picked outside Portland just to avoid parking fee and breakfast. We ended up paying almost similar price anyways. It’s okay but I would not prefer this during our next visit.
This is a great property with great staff! The room was very clean and very comfortable. It is next to State road 26 and an easy drive into Portland. I love the warm cookies in the evening and I will definitely stay here again.
I was in the Beaverton area for several days and also stayed at 2 other properties during my visit. By far, Doubletree by Hilton was a much better stay! All of the front desk staff and others were very friendly and helpful. The entire place was clean and smelled very nice. My room was very clean and everything worked. There is plenty of free parking on site and it is right off of State road 26 which makes it very convienient to get to Portland. The only downside is that there are no restaurants within walking distance but a short half mile away you can find several restaurants that are pretty good. I will definitely be staying here the next time i am in the area!

They were so nice! With fresh baked cookies. The room was perfect and I love that they were pet friendly. The pool was kinda cold but we still enjoyed every minute.
The property is older, but well maintained. The staff was friendly. I slept well and felt relaxed. I would stay here again.

The room was fine. The shower head was horrible and the shower was so small! Would be nice to know they had no bathtub in the room because I had small children with me.

Always the best service, which is as important to me as the room. As a frequent visitor I appreciate that the rooms and hotel are always clean and quiet. Some rooms are a little tired in that the refrigerator is noisy and the black out curtains do not close all the way. These are not a deal breaker for me.

I just won’t stay in this hotel again. I paid extra for breakfast and got very disappointed. Coffee was generally not available or it was cold. We got down to breakfast area before 9:00 Sunday morning, and there was practically nothing was left. The staff weren’t even trying to get food in the trays as more people came in. The staff were nonchalant and were just responding that they ran out. There was nobody to pick up the empty dishes from the designated area where dirty plates had piled up, even though there was a young lady who was just checking her phone. No more Double Tree stays for us.

Unfortunately they had a main water leak at 11:15 pm and the hallways were flooded. At 3:15 am another wake up call to the alarms going off for 10 min.
The staff was amazing - especially Julius. They comped our room and gave us breakfast. Problems always happen but it is how you fix it that makes the true difference. No hard feelings at all and we will be back.
I didn’t like my last night experience there. It was very bad! I’ve just emailed the General Manager Mr Cody Kelly about this. I can copy you. Thank you for asking.
