Godstow House, Come and stay awhile!

Rest and rejuvenate at this spacious property surrounded by 18 acres of forest and wildlife. Perfect for family gatherings or large groups, Godstow House sleeps 23 and features a 20'x48' indoor pool (info below) with water slide for year-round use, a multi-use sports court with pickleball, volleyball, and basketball, and a theater room for movie night. Our hope is that these peaceful grounds and serene setting can be a place of calm, creativity, and rejuvenation for you and your guests.

Note regarding swimming pool temperature:

The pool water is maintained at a temperature of 84℉ and can’t be increased. This is at the higher end of safe temperature ranges recommended for recreational swimming pools.

Water at 84℉ will feel brisk, but comfortable, for most active swimmers. However, the water may feel too cool for young children and the elderly.

To control humidity and provide for a safe swimming environment, the room air temperature must be equal to or higher than the water temperature. Our HVAC and humidity control systems are designed to maintain the current environment and are not equipped for a “warm water pool” (86℉ and higher).
