RV had mold in it, the fridge was terribly dirty/moldy, the bedding was dirty, we had to move our car repeatedly to accommodate people needing access to the storage at the back of the property. No smoke detector in the RV posed a safety concern. Quiet area, visited by deer and fox. Host accommodated request to bring our small dog (much appreciated).

The amenities could have been a little better than they were. There were no laundry facilities as stated in the description for the property. Was informed that the wife would do my lanudry. I am picky when it comes to someone touching my belongings. This is a personal preference and not a reflection of the owner but this be stated in the advertisement of this property. The bathroom had a toilet that was not your regular toilet. Lets just say, the Host needs to look into something that is more permanent then what is currently being used. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like there could be possible mold growing. There were no lighting and made it difficult to enter the the property if you come back after 8p. The area is wooded behind the host home, which as a single traveler, that could have been scary.
