Centrally located in the middle of everything! You can walk to many boutiques, eclectic restaurants, and thriving nightlife while breathing in the salty air from Casco Bay just a block away.



**This is a gorgeous townhouse condo located on the 3rd floor and is accessible only by climbing 2 sets of stairs with a landing in between.



Also, there is no dedicated parking for the condo as it is right downtown. There is a parking garage across the street for a fee, as well as several other parking garages throughout the Old Port. Also, on-street parking is permitted for a fee during 9am-6pm, free 6pm-9am, and free on Sunday.



No smoking and no pets.



Use of any type of confetti, confetti dots, or glitter to celebrate is prohibited.
