Welcome to Marquam Heights, located on beautiful Marquam Hill in Southwest Portland. Our fully-furnished apartments are perfect for flexible stays of any length, just steps from OHSU and the Portland Aerial Tram. Each home features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, and large windows offering mountain or city views. Stay active in the 24-hour gym, relax in the outdoor lounge with BBQ and firepit, or grab your morning brew from the coffee concierge.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
