The room was very clean, but we were there for 4 days and never saw any cleaning staff, room was never refreshed during our stay. We had to ask for more coffee and garbage bags at the front desk. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, lots of homeless and garbage all around the block around the building, typical of all of portland , but we were hoping for better since we were outside of down town.

This hotel is very clean and the rooms are incredibly cozy. I love the recliner and kitchenette. The air in the room is good, too. The bathroom is very nice. All around a very perfect hotel.

Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. I did not appreciate having to join a loyalty program in order to check in early. Hotel was quiet and in a safe location. Our room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure in shower was great.
