This was such a unique and quaint place. There were several rooms and porches where you could just sit and relax that that were very beautifully decorated. It felt more like a home. The view of the ocean from the room was fantastic.

We loved our stay. Our first night was Labour Day, so it was fairly quiet with not many rooms occupied. Our room was very clean upon arrival, the first floor was beautifully decorated and a great spot to escape and relax after the beach. The gym is great, the pools too. We were able to stay parked on the grounds past our checkout time which was very appreciated. Highly recommend staying here, especially during the less busy weeks.

Room was clean, comfortable beds, fantastic shower. Parking was difficult but we made it work. The honking train than runs across the street was something to be desired but the whole strip of hotels runs next to the tracks.

Our Room was in the hotel. It was basically a rooming house. Not your typical hotel. The rooms were extremely small with little to no room or space for storage. Bathroom could have been cleaner as there were toilet stains and hair on floor. It was very quiet. Location was perfect.

We really enjoyed our room and look forward to coming back. This company owns multiple hotels along this same road, which comes with its plusses and minuses. IIt is great because you have access to diffrentsm amenities no mater which location you stay at. The pool at this location is not heated and in Maine is cold. The hot tub was too far for us to be able to enjoy with out a ver cold walk back to our room as it would have been a 5-10 minute walk. There is only one lobby/check in location for all the properties. Which is fine but it is small and hard to park at any of the locations with a larger car.

Ocean House was amazing! The rooms have been renovated but they have kept the original charm of the hotel which was built in the 1890s. The room was very tastefully decorated, clean, and the bed was comfortable. We stayed in a premium room in the original hotel overlooking the ocean. My only “complaints” would be that you can definitely hear noise in the room from other guests (likely due to the age of the building) and the air conditioner on the wall was loud when intermittently turning on (but these things would definitely not stop me from staying here again). Very convenient location to beach, downtown area, and parking included. I highly recommend the Ocean House!
