Beautiful location

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend before heading to Southwest Harbor, ME. The property was clean and comfortable. We loved the location just across from Eastern Promenade. It was a great home base for us as we explored Portland!

Great stay and the location was fantastic. Beautiful park with awesome water views directly across the street. Dan and Pam were great hosts! 1 mile easy walk on the waterfront to downtown Portland or take a Lyft for less than $7!!!! Love this place!

Phenomenal location

Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Amazingly clean and updated, this is the perfect place to enjoy Portland. Will absolutely be back (and would stay longer. Great spot)

Great location

The apartment was the perfect spot, right across the road from the water and park and a short drive/ nice walk (less than a mile) to the main parts of old port. Dave was great and we left with lots of awesome hot sauce to try at home!

A gem in the best Portland neighborhood with a terrific host.

Loved the Location

We had a great stay at this location. Loved the views at the park across the street and the community was very peaceful. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was updated nicely. Dan was helpful and generously shared some of his special hot sauce. Our week was truly relaxing and enjoyable.

This quaint, historical studio apartment is perfect for a couple to get away and enjoy Portland. The host, Dan, is great! He was very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area and able to give great restaurant recommendations. Highly recommended :)

Best View in Portland!

It was the best view of Casco Bay and such a unique home. Beautiful accommodations that are both historic yet updated for comfort and convenience. Our host was phenomenal! So friendly…we thought he was one of our neighbors from Louisiana (not just because of his homemade hot sauce that he sent home with us, but more importantly because of his hospitality!)

Beautiful Scenery

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Portland. Dan was a very gracious host and was very responsive to all of our needs. The home is directly across the street from Fort Allen Park and if you walk down to the base of the hill there are walking trails where many people are biking and running. This trail leads to the center of town which is a walkable distance to the many restaurants. We did a ferry tour and highly recommend it. We had a wonderful time in Portland and definitely would consider staying here again.

I would give Dan and property 5 stars but for us 80 plus years olds; the 20 winding stairs to the condo was a problem. A great condo for younger folks. Dan did a great job to make us feel comfortable.

The home is easy to find, in a great location, with an excellent view of the park directly across the street. Quiet neighborhood, yet easy walk to downtown - hike & bike trail is steps away from the front door. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Owner was very friendly and always available via text or phone. Overall it was an excellent stay, and we've already recommended it to our friends.
